Expanded Roots Counseling envisions aiding individuals on their path to wholeness and balance. We assist in identifying temperaments through various resources, empowering them to address root-level issues, apply gained knowledge to daily life, and become balanced, productive members of their communities.

Reduce stress and improve mental health by resting the mind, taking slow, deep breaths, going outside for fresh air, or engaging in relaxing activities like reading or yoga.
